Jason Kreis' squad is off this weekend as it prepares for a tough stretch of road games, which will allow some of the other West teams to try and close the gap. New England keeps its hold on the top spot as it downed Atlante to reach the SuperLiga final. Columbus is keeping the pressure on after its impressive win...Ives Galarcep

Good evening folks. I'm coming to you from BMO Field and we're less than two hours from kick-off of the 2008 MLS All-Star game between MLS and West Ham United. The fans haven't been let in yet but I can see them stacked outside the gates. A sell-out crowd is expected tonight and it will be interesting to see how Toronto fans embrace an MLS All-Star team that may have no Canadians in the starting lineup. There is some All-Star news to report. FC Dallas midfielder Juan Toja's long-rumored move to Steaua Bucharest is set to be completed, which will...Ives Galarcep

Good morning all. As I attempt to make my recovery from my trip to Salzburg I wanted to discuss a topic that has gained some attention recently. The plight of the MLS traveling fan. As some of you may have seen, Toronto FC has turned down an initial request by the Chicago Fire supporter's group Section 8 for 500 tickets to the Fire-Toronto FC match at BMO Field in October. Tom Dunmore at Pitch Invasion does a good job of laying out the situation, which is probably why I had multiple readers email the piece. The timing couldn't have been...Ives Galarcep
